Benefits for Customers
- Customers can purchase tickets using their credit card from the comfort of their computer. They don’t need to pay cash for tickets any more and they don’t need to leave home to buy tickets. We accept major credit cards.
- No shipping cost. Customers can print tickets and go directly to the door or they can come with their identification card plus order number and pick up their ticket at the door.
- Customers can view seating charts. These charts help your customers decide the ticket type.

- Including Promotion on Kodoom.com We will promote your event in different pages on kodoom (front page, event page, artist page, search results, ...).
- Advanced Administrative Interface. As an event organizer you will be able to see the latest status of your event tickets (including the full details of each sold ticket).
- Choice of Payment Processing Option. We can process payments using PayPal or your own bank's card processing center (may require special coding and terms).
- Barcodes are printed on tickets. For large events, barcodes can be used to process tickets faster at the door.
System Security
- Secure Payments. Our payment page is protected with SSL and HTTPS protocols, meaning that the customer credit card information is transferred through a secure channel.
- Secure Tickets. We generate tickets in A4 size and all of the tickets are digitally signed and secured (with 128bit RC4 protocol). These tickets can only be printed and cannot be modified in anyway.
- Security Check. We use captcha to make sure that automated programs will not hold tickets in order to block your customers from getting tickets.
